2025 Lobby Day Bus Routes

We will be chartering three buses to help people get to Lobby Day.  Each bus costs us thousands of dollars, so if you would like to sponsor a bus we'd greatly appreciate it!  Bus seats have gone up slightly to $40.00.  If you can't afford a seat please email bus@vcdl.org.  If you would like to donate a seat, use the link below. Sponsorships are $500.00.  For business sponsors, we will mention you in our VA-Alert and here on the website, as well as give handouts with your information to the passengers on the bus.  Use this link to sign up for to sponsor a bus.

Here are the locations for boarding.  Times will be announced soon.  The buses will be boarding earlier than last year so they can arrive in Richmond by 8:00 a.m.  When making your reservations be sure to include your cell phone number and email address.  We will need these to keep you informed of any changes that are necessary.

Fairfax bus:

• Green To Sporting Goods, 10150 Lakeridge Pkwy, Ashland, departure time 7:35 a.m.

Roanoke bus:

• SafeSide Tactical, 1201 Shenandoah Ave, Roanoke, departure time 3:15 a.m.
• SafeSide Tactical, 2309 Mayflower Dr, Lynchburg, departure time 4:32 a.m.
  
• Rivanna Rifle & Pistol Club, 1570 Old Lynchburg Rd, Charlottesville, departure time 6:06 a.m.

Tidewater bus:

• Virginia Beach Park & Ride, 970 Reon Dr (Indian River Rd & I-64), departure time 5:30 a.m.
• Hampton Coliseum, 1000 Coliseum Dr, departure time 6:00 a.m.
• Newport News Walmart, 6111 Jefferson Ave, departure time 6:09 a.m.

Donate a seat:  You may select the number of seats you wish to donate by editing the quantity.

All those registered will be notified of any deviations from the above schedules.  If you are able to be a bus captain, please contact bus@vcdl.org and let us know!

All passengers must supply a cell phone number in case of last minute changes or lost passengers.

All buses will leave Richmond for the return trip at 1:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated by your bus captain.
