VCDL Academy Voter Outreach Internship |
Practical Politics ProgramVoter Outreach InternshipThe VCDL Academy Voter Outreach Internship program is designed to empower participants to effectively advocate for our right to keep and bear arms. This will be accomplished through open discussion on the history of the 2nd Amendment in the United States, and how it relates to modern times. This knowledge will then be used to contact voters around Virginia and encourage them to prioritize safeguarding their rights. Participants will be able to interact directly with Virginia senators and delegates, as well as candidates running for office. They will learn how campaigns are managed, the process involved in running for office, and how to engage in the political process. In addition to the classroom time, we will have one day per week for fun group activities. These may include range days or other related things. This 6-week program will feature one week of classroom time, followed by five weeks of voter engagement. Participation requirements are listed below. The program is slated for the summer of 2024 and we will update this site with locations and other particulars as we near that time. How To ApplyUse the link below to send an email.
